Estimates and Pricing

  • Phone and online estimates are approximate and may change after an in-person assessment
  • Final pricing is confirmed before work begins
  • Additional issues discovered during work may require a revised estimate, which we will discuss with you before proceeding

Scheduling and Appointments

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Plumbing emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Membership plans (VIP and VIP Plus) are governed by the terms provided at signup.
